We had Levi Homes renovate our entire 4 story townhome. The objective of the project was to find and create more space within the existing footprint, update and upgrade our room space and the quality of materials, and lastly to create a new custom look within the home, so it would last us for many years to come. The first and most critical phase of the project was to make sure that the existing house bones could withstand the additional loads of adding a new floor to an existing structure. Levi and his team were extremely thorough, they took time to understand our wants, wishlists, and needs. They drew it all out for us so we could clearly see the changes. When it came time for demolition, framing and building the new structures - this process went very quickly - and all the new built items exceeded my expectation in terms of the quality used - as well as the specs it was built to. Additionally, Levi and his team found many existing issues with our building - that he went above and beyond to correct them while we had openings in all our walls. Levi always served as a voice of guidance, a regulation rule follower, and treated our house like it was his own. Nor corners were cut, no shortcuts were made. The best part of the project was that it was completed within the budget and on time - and in this market that is a truly remarkable accomplishment.

Levi Homes has done work for us before this remodeling adventure. They replaced our hardwood floors, and put in two hardwood staircases. Also, they oversaw the interior painting of the house and installation of new kitchen appliances (Kitchen Aid double oven and Wolf gas range). Levi Homes does top notch work and attends to every detail no matter how minor. For our Master Bathroom remodel we wanted to remove the old shower and tub, install new countertops and flooring. It involved major demolition which Levi Homes conducted quickly and expertly. Construction aside, a marvelous attribute to Levi Homes is design. Design, design, design. Levi Homes has experience and is gifted in design. The suggested things we never considered, but the result was wonderful. Levi Homes suggested rearranging the plumbing, the lighting, the color and the fixtures. Totally modern. The LED shower head was a nice touch! Levi Homes also tiled our closets, built cabinets to replace open shelves and made other suggestions that we adopted, such as the placement of mirrors, cabinets and lights. All in all, this was a major undertaking. We had to clear out all of our stuff from the Master including the closets and relocate ourselves upstairs for the duration of the project. That said, the result was well worth the effort and relatively minor disturbance to our lives, in the middle of a wedding. So it goes! One final comment. Levi Homes took us to the source for selecting materials from the granite countertops to the flooring. The cabinet work was amazing right down to the hinges that I call the "BMW hinges." High tech! Best ever. Totally satisfied. In fact, almost a year later the Master Bathroom still smells "new." The floor stone is wonderful underfoot, the lighting is perfect and the entire experience has enhanced our lives. Thank you, Levi Homes, for being the kind of company that goes over and beyond every time.

Levi and his team did an amazing job on our remodel. We didn’t want to tear apart the entire kitchen but we did want to knock down walls and create additional lighting and counters to make our space a dream for large family gatherings. As first time renovators, we were a bit nervous going into it, especially with structural work involved, but everything was done as promised before our completion date. As with any home project, there were hiccups along the way, but Levi made sure to get the job done right and that we were happy with every outcome. Matching shelves and countertops to existing areas is no easy task, but his team did a great job overall!

Levi and his team replaced Carrara Marble tiles in our master bathroom. There were a lot of moving parts-matching the current tiles, matching the current grout and doing all of this without disturbing any of the preexisting tiles. We were very impressed with the quality of their work. None of the preexisting tiles were broken and the new tiles and grout look great. Levi followed up with me multiple times after the job was complete to make sure I was happy with how everything looked. He is very responsive and we would highly recommend him.
